REAL REVIEW : Let me tell you if you are looking to purchase or rent a property here please continue looking. My experience has been terrible specifically the security system on the gate. If you want to have guest come by and visit you it’s almost impossible to let them in as majority of the tune they either lose the info of the person living in the property so they can’t contact you to let guest in or just don’t feel like letting someone in especially at night time and it truly feels like a jail. You probably have a higher chance at visiting your local inmate then visiting someone here. They don’t allow for any sort of decorations at the outside of your door has I posted a fake owl at the outside of my door to prevent birds from dumping their waste on my car. In addition the trees located at the property carry a lot of tree sap and every day it lands on my car and recently my paint on my BMW M4 was destroyed by the tree sap and that is costing good amount of money at the body shop for the paint. In conclusion rather continue looking for something else because here it’s more like a prison then living an American Dream.

The board of directors of this condo are completely terrible...starting with the president and ending with the director. They had a million dollars in reserves and it all dis appeared.
