Aubrey and his team take great care of my little baby, Bow Wow. He is an older cat and requires a daily IV. I definitely do not trust just anyone to care for him when I am out of town, so I only use Paws In the City. They are professional and thorough, a rarity in Miami. It's two thumbs way up from me!
I have used Paws several times for preplanned trips and more recently for a last minute/urgent trip. Each time I was greeted with professionalism, care and a genuine compassion for my pups. They will give an update throughout the assignment of care when desired and I was pleased to see the love my pups have for the staff. Definitely pleased with their service.
I have no complains about paws in the city . Their services exceeded my expectations . I would totally trust them if I need to go out of town .
10/10 all regards. I will always leave my kitty's care with Assel!
