The doctor here may be good but I guess I will never find out because I could not get past the coordinator’s unprofessional behavior. She sounded knowledgeable at first and I actually started feeling comfortable and was ready to make a payment . But I started asking questions about their practice because I saw a lot of contradictions which raised flags ( different business names , previous name Venus , (different from Venus Doral) , with a one star overall rating . The more i asked questions the more the lady (Claudia) became upset and instead of clearing things out , proceeded to thanking me for wasting her time and asked me to never contact her again . Is this a real doctor’s office ? Not sure . Too bad. There are so many scams out there and the least you want to do is be comfortable with putting your life and money in someone else hands . When that person becomes upset at your questions (which were all legitimate), then that is a problem

The staff here is so sweet. Tatiana at the front desk is the BEST ️. From the time I came in I felt super comfortable. Doctor listened to my needs and my body came out just how I wanted. I came back for my post op and the staff is still very helpful, patient, and kind. I will be back in a few months for breast augmentation. I definitely recommend this place. If you want your body done in Miami come here . You won’t regret it
My name is Lynn. McIntosh... Last week I spoke to Melissa about a BBL . I explained all of my health issues I explained the other clinics there said I have to have my surgery done in a hospital she then put me on hold for under a minute and came back to the phone and said that the doctor approved me for the surgery ! She then asked me for a 500 deposit at that time I ordered my plane ticket for March and a bbl pillow she then sent me over to the pre op department then Brenda asked me health questions I explained everything about my health issues and she called me back and told me the doctor will only do the procedure in the hospital and that there is no way Melissa ran it by the doctor so she said it would be a extra 6000 on top of the 4000. I then asked for my deposit Back due to the lie the employee told me to get commission or whatever !! Melissa called me and apologized and said that the doctor told her as long as I get medical clearance from my doctor that I’m good to go and said they will be issuing my refund ! Now they won’t Answer my texts or calls to even tell me the status on my refund ! They were quick to take my money but not refunding it .I’m calling to file a complaint with the attorney generals office and the medical board for fraud ! Basically they stole my money and lied to me ! I’m looking to find all the places I can file in Florida ! This is unethical ! And something will be done . I’m also contacting a attorney .
I am so happy with my results Dr Torres and his team did my tummy tuck And I couldn’t be happier !!! Brenda Is a great coordinator She picked up every call and always gave the best advice, will definitely recommend them you will be happy with your results
The complaint was over a deposit refund -Update management had called me and apologize for the way I was treated with by their staff. They're going to send me my refund with no hassle.
