Called two years ago to make appointment and the office staff is super rude and unprofessional. So 2 years later I tried calling again hoping that this has improved and it is the same. One would think that with such a successful practice and well regarded by other Doctors, they could hire professional staff members and conduct a formal practice but that is not the case. You call and they will not even greet you they speak really fast and place you hold. In my case I was on hold 6 minutes the first time, put directly on hold twice, hung up on 2 time after picking up and on hold more than 15 minutes the last time. This is no coincidence. If this Doctor's office cannot get his act together scheduling appointments, what can I expect when it comes to scheduling other more complex services, tests, specialized tasks and record keeping etc... No matter how good of a Doctor you are if every thing else sucks in your practice. This is where every practice should shine since it is the first point of contact towards receiving medical care... And yes, South Florida does not have the best track record in customer service specially south of the Palm Beach County line but this is beyond ridiculous. So much that I had to write a review.

Dr Mezerhane is an amazing doctor. Probably the best doctor I’ve been to in my life for anything. The amount of time and care he devotes to every patient is unbelievable. It was totally worth the hour drive for me and I’d do it again just bc he is so great!

I went to consult Dr. Mezerhane and I was very impressed with the time that he invested to carefully listen to my concerns. He was very knowledgeable about sleep medicine. I was also pleased with his nurse and his office staff. They were attentive and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Mezerhane the same way that he has recommended to me by my primary physician whom I trust very much.

This is the most unprofessional doctors office I’ve ever dealt with they are greedy and just want money they try to charge me 250 for an appointment that I never had and when I asked the lady to confirm the appointment to me via recording, email or any proof of confirmation she said that was unavailable also when I asked to speak to the doctor or manager she was giving me the runaround until ultimately I lost patience and ended the call.
