My parents had a roof leak and were extremely unsuccessful when working with the insurance company. Stellar Public Adjusting came in and saved the day. My parents not only got the money to repair their home, which included a full roof replacement, but they had extra money to do a few upgrades. Every staff member played an amazing role in the settlement. Most importantly, Ivan Cortes was essential in seeing this process through to the end. After a water leak in our kitchen and bathroom, we decided to obtain the service of an adjuster and chose STELLAR. The water leak occurred April 2019, and afterwards our insurance company liquidated. Stellar Adjusting came out and provided a full inspection. This was not just limited to the inspection. They provided a reputable plumber, a water removal company and a mold inspection. After receiving a portion of the settlement from the insurance company(took a year of washing dishes outside and the kids taking a shower in my wife and I bathroom), Stellar continued to be diligent and was asked by the insurance company to agree on an insurance appraiser. It took less than two weeks for them to finally agree on a final amount(GREAT NEWS). My wife and I cannot emphasize how much STELLAR ADJUSTING has accomplished regarding the arduous task of obtaining settlement from a liquidated insurance company.
