It's okay . I wouldn't recommend any parent with a kid under 4 years old for this place. They will get hurt by the bigger kids. Noticed also that I purchased wristbands with access to extras but i noticed some people were doing without The wristband because the park attendant doesn't pay attention. I couldn't have saved a couple of nice dollars. If your worried about corona , Stay 5 miles away from this place , They are running at 200% capacity.

I host my son's birthday party here and it was fantastic... Everyone was very helpful from the date I booked til the day of the party. Karla was my hostess and she assisted me with getting everything settle from the decoration, to serving the food and available at any time... She was very friendly and connected well with parents. Had a wonderful experience. Thank you Karla and Miguel for checking in to make sure that I was satisfied with the service.
Loved it... My daughter thoroughly enjoyed available for her height. And I got to participate with her... Suggestion wear comfy pants... Lol
Great for kids. Lot of entertainment there. They have a cafe where you can buy pizza, popcorn, snacks, and drinks. Bathrooms were clean. After 2pm it started to get a bit crowded.
Kids had an awesome time exploring the many attractions. Not just trampolines but also rock climbing walls, a fly over ride, VR headsets, and even a ninja warrior obstacle course. We purchased the platimun monthly membership which costs 16 for access to all attractions and even includes a slice of pizza and snack. Parents can enjoy rides at 50% off when they purchase a child ticket. Worth it! Go here! Very fun.
My kids liked most of the attractions. We went there a day after going to another jump place called megajump which was horrible. Urban is better. Not super clean but restrooms were better then the other place.
Place was absolutely disgusting , hit Max capacity and staff still allowed people to come in. Mask? What’s that when everyone wore it on the chin. Staff allowed people to have a free for all. If you’re looking for a Covid friendly place. This is not it.
My kids and I had a blast, I went to ask questions for my son's birthday party and end-up booking and purchased a pass for my kids. Everyone there were nice and awesome but the employee that was phenomenal was Andres. For a young adult he was very pleasant to talk to and ask questions. He was constantly asking if we were ok and if we needed anything.
