My appointment was at 3:30pm I got there 3:08 to be precise. They tell you call and stay in the car we will call you. It was 4 pm I never got a call so I call they told me they were running behind. To wait for the call. It was 4:55 still no call. So I called they told me they were calling me an hour ago yeah right I had called an hour ago. So they couldn't see me. I thought things will be better by now with this place.

The absolute worse!! DO NOT GO. Customer service and management is very unprofessional. They even lie about their names. They had our RX from the oncologist for 90 days.We Set 3 appt dates. We were told they would call the day before for appt time. They never did... After many calls from MY part, they finally tell me we need authorization from primary. Never in the subsequent 10 calls! Nobody in management will follow up. If you call , they are “unavailable” or at “lunch”. If this is how they manage appts, I would not trust any test results there.
This Place has the worse customer service, they are not up for the job, my mother in law (Yamila Avila) went this morning for a Abdominal CT Scan they took her in put the IV and left her there for an hour and a half waiting, she's a diabetic patient hadn't eaten because of the exams they had to do her appointment was at 10:15am it was already 12:30pm, with the IV on and no exam yet. She did a hypoglycemia and had to leave with out the procedure been done because of how bad she was feeling and the technician kept bringing patients in after her and never came for her. she had to take her IV out herself, complain about how poor their service was and to get her money back. They didn't even have her prescriptions in the system. Worse Place I wouldn't recommend anyone there.
Very unprofessional. My nuclear test was supposed to be 50 minute stuck in a table were I couldn't move with a machine on top of me and a so called Monica the director of the place call the tech doing the imagining to me and for 28 minutes talking I said are you done . The tech said I have a patient cant talk . Being a director she should of asked if she was busy 1st. 1hour and 47 minutes later I'm done . I spoke to the supervisor and I hate when all they can say is IM SORRY . or go to my appointment and hear for 40 minutes about another patient and what they did wrong . The place is a disaster, I don't recommend this business.
