She helped me with two items of concern, each of which took both research, along with experience to clarify, and she did so quickly and perfectly. I also want to add; as a past employer of 35 years and hundreds of employees, I have never experienced anything different than that each time I've visited or talked to Mike and Dawn's staff for a number of years now. Considering my professional background, to me, that's unheard of, including at my own places. And that's without mentioning that you get a live person every time you call and not a menu. This is for the new Mike Sullivan State Farm in Naples, FL. We have to say since finding out about insurance in Florida is a whole different ball game than New Jersey. So to say the least we have gotten a new education from Hollie Zimmerman. She is nice and congenial to the talk to, answers any and all questions(even if she doesn't know the answer she will found out) completely and thoroughly, works in a very calm and pleasant way, and is a total wonderful person to work with. I have only worked with Danielle a little bit but she is also very pleasant. Now I have been a customer with State Farm for probably 20 years and have always found the company to be very good at the whole claims process and having good employees. Hollie gave us the confidence needed to be able to get the best possible coverage for all of our needs at a reasonable price. We converted to State Farm while living in the Chicago area and we carried auto insurance for two cars, homeowners insurance, and personal liability umbrella and when we moved to Florida in 2014 our agent introduced us to Mike Sullivan and his office staff including Kari Marlow who is our main contact. We are grateful that our former agent connected us with Mike because he and Kari provide us with excellent service and always respond quickly to our questions and concerns. Fortunately we haven't had to make any claims since living in Florida, but I expect the same excellent service that I received from State Farm since 1985.
