I had 3 cabinets made for 3 bathrooms. They look fantastic! They were even able to match the color and style of the cabinets in the master to my bedroom set! Always showed up on time. Definitely would use again.

When I was building my current house, I thought I would need to buy stock cabinets to save money. My builder asked me to at least get a quote from Michael's Cabinets. I ended up getting custom cabinetry for almost the same price as stock cabinets. They did my U-shaped kitchen with island, the master bath, one guest bath, the office with built-in desk and shelves above with floor to ceiling book shelves, floor to ceiling bookshelves in a hallway, and floor to ceiling book shelves in our piano room that has 14-feet ceilings. Their craftsmanship was superb. The did a custom stain that was so beautiful that we sent our custom doors to be stained by them as well. They are just the nicest people and I cannot say enough good things about them.
I have been in construction for over 15 years and needed more cabinet contractors due to the amount of jobs we were running. I contacted Jeff Worley who I thought was part of Michael’s Cabinets. The homeowner met with Jeff and picked out the style of cabinets she wanted and paid half up front. I was told by Jeff to give three weeks notice before I needed the cabinets and he would have them done. I notified Jeff 4 weeks prior to needing the cabinets to ensure he had plenty of time. When it came time to install the cabinets Jeff brought out one lower cabinet and that was it. He continued to bring out one piece at a time over the next several days and not all at once like it was agreed upon. Jeff made several promises throughout the job to be done by certain dates but failed to even come close on any of them. Jeff will tell you whatever you want to hear to keep you satisfied for a few days knowing he doesn’t intend on following through with any of them. Needless to say, this continued for 2 months until I had to go to his office in person only to be told he didn’t have any money to complete the job and needed more. I gave him more money and the job was completed a week later. Come to find out, Jeff just works out of the shop at Micheal’s Cabinets and makes people believe they are ordering cabinets through Micheal’s. I didn’t find this out until I went down there and met with Micheal. The cabinets are nice but not worth what we had to go through to get them. Please do your homework before doing business here.
These guys are great. Outstanding job. Cabinets look great and the price was cheaper than expected. Would definitely use them again. Michael does great work and Jeff was always there to answer my questions and assist me on making decisions. Great experience. 5 stars
I will start by saying the cabinets are beautiful. That being said I hated the customer service!!!! When I first made an appointment with this business and I met with Jeff Worley he was ( and always has been polite) and discussed in detail what I wanted with my cabinet design. The problem came when it was time for the cabinets to be installed. To date we are over 30 days behind getting all the cabinets installed and Mr Worley keeps promising my contractor the cabinets will be there or he promises he will be take care of it ASAP. This rarely happens or does not occur at all. Due to his procrastination I am over 30 days behind on closing and having to pay interest on a construction loan. Needless to day I am not happy with his lack of customer service
