August 2020. Hot and humid weather and the AC went out after 25 years. Needed a new condenser. MI Heating & Cooling of Petoskey came out the next day to assess when everyone else was a minimum two week wait. MI Heating & Cooling ordered the necessary part and installed it within 48 hours of my original call. Mark and his technician were just great from start to finish. On time, very professional and very reasonably priced. Doesn’t get better than that!

When our furnace went out, Mark came over that day to ascertain the problem. We definitely needed a new furnace and it was in the middle of winter and very cold. Within 36 hours, he sent his capable crew over and they did a fantastic job of installing a new furnace, answered all our questions and cleaned up nicely after themselves. We couldn't be happier.
