I want to check out a new laptop and came straight to the store. This guy name Rich was amazing. I didn't feel like I was trying to buy some used car. He was so knowledgeable and not in any rush even though it was busy. I felt like a valuable customer. I highly recommend - and ask for Rich!
I had major performance issues with my fairly new surface pro 7 so I went this store. At first my issue wasn't resolved and I kept bouncing back with phone support and also in person at this particular store. Despite a rough start, Arman and Vahe made it up to me by resolving my issue promptly. They provided excellent customer satisfaction! Thanks guys!
I take my son to this store....the staff are really cool like you're next door neighbor type feel. Very comforting. Unlike other stores that follow you around and constantly push promotions down your throat.
Superior customer service. I have been here 3 times. Each time I am greeted almost immediately and have someone addressing my issue within minutes. All the staff that I have interacted with have a vast amount of knowledge about their products.
Two different experiences with two different managers. Armen Y provided an excellent customer experience when I wanted to trade in my pixel 3 phone for a Note 10. He answered every question I had as politely as possible. He definitely has customer service skills. Even going as far as offering me cold water - which was much appreciated in contrast to the crazy summer heat. On the other hand, when I tried to trade in my phone with Rich, he gave me a hard time and said my phone was only worth 50, despite what their ad said. I get that he might have to follow specific guidelines to do his job correctly, however, the way Rich went about it was completely unapologetic. Even his personal hygiene made it hard to interact with him. His breath might be the reason all the customers go across the mall to the apple store. I hope that the store can offer some more consistency with management.
Microsoft offered me a truly professional and instructive learning session. All my questions were answered by the tech team extraordinaires Alex and David. These fellows really know their tech and are friendly and courteous as well. I received timely information with full detail explanation, which I truly appreciate. From now on Microsoft will have all my future business, along with my family's. Thanks so much!
Awesome service ! Employees were very friendly and welcoming had a pleasant time while i waited for my product to get fixed. They were very helpful in trying to solve my problem for me really apreciated it.
