This place is AWESOME! James came out to assist us in looking for a golf cart that would enable my 86 year old boss to be more mobile around his property. And folks James was very patient and understanding of all of my bosses needs he explained and answered even the most basic questions that we had and was so knowledgeable of every aspect of his business. My boss never felt pressured into a sale or anything like that. I would recommend Mid State Golf sales to anyone in need of a used or new cart. We chose a used gas operated one that looks and preforms like new... and will seal the deal tomorrow and are looking forward to a brighter future in being able to be more mobile.

The mechanic said that all that needed to be done was to tighten the carburetor to the engine tighter in the meantime they charge me 300 for a new plugs, oil change and filter and choke cable all of which I never authorized so they charge me 300 to tighten the nut. I tell everybody I play golf with,”Never take anything to these people they’re just out to get your money! And I will continue to do this on every Teebox!!

First off, I would not even give this review one star if that was an option. I was cheated out of my money through this company by my card being on file through U-Haul. I was advised that this was the closest location to drop off a U-Haul moving van. Due to a HURRICANE moving through our area I was unable to unload and return by the time requested so I called to make sure I could get an extension WITHOUT a fee. I spoke with a woman named Leah who advised me I could turn it in my noon. I was able to get the U-Haul returned by 9 AM and was still charged a fee unheard of in our previous conversation. When calling to ask about the fee she stated that she didn’t know it was due to weather and that she couldn’t do anything about it. Bottom line, do not go through this company. Completely irresponsible.
