Been coming to this dealership for years....I live all the way in Atlanta and will make the drive to Macon to get work done and services. Friendly staff at the body shop and service center....will continue coming there long as I'm rolling in a Freightliner!!

They treat you like family
I brought in a heavily damaged trailer and it was repaired to better than new condition. The body work and the paint were excellent. The staff are very courteous and professional.
Michael has either repaired our APU or sent us the right parts to our mechanic(after spending the time to diagnose issues over the phone)several times over the years and I should be embarrassed for not doing one of the review things sooner. The guy not only knows "Rigmaster" APUs like no other(If we can't get out there for him to look at it, we always will try to pick his brain before our main mechanic works on it)but believe it or not everytime he seems to be as happy to help us get it going as we are to have it fixed. However, the last time I reached out, we had constant communication issues over the phone. We'll after finally being able to route through to Macon, I realized that he still had the same cell phone that he's had for at least a couple of years (always remembered it because he had to use a pen to operate the broken screen and when I said something, he just smiled and joked that it was a "custom DIY stylus"). If this is not a company paid phone, the kid definitely deserves one. Just saying.... They replaced our cab extenders quickly and matched the paint well when we drove for Prime on our very first trip to see those guys(with APU and both cab extenders, pretty sure it only took a day and a half). And last year, they repaired our Cascadia Hood(I still cannot tell to this day where the old fiberglass and paint stops and the new begins) when I thought I was going to have to file a insurance claim to have the whole hood replaced and repainted. Even their driver that took us to the hotel was a pleasure to deal with and talk to.
Mr. michael Hart is a great representative of this body shop. He made sure that I got the work done that was needed, he took my payment quickly, he was courteous polite and very affable.
Body shop guys are top notch!
