Nightmare experience from day one. Constant ‘errors’ in their system forced reps to enter my delivery dates manually, via internal email and phone. All of these attempts failed to go through causing delays in initial drop off of my first container. My second container order seemed to work on at first, but all of a sudden my pick up date disappeared and then showed all the information from my first order. I’ve spent at least 4-5 hours on chat and phone just to get to the mess I am currently in. My pickup date of today has also been missed and I am waiting to hear back from someone if tomorrow will work for pickup. The containers will be stored for a few months and I am nervous about coordinating the redelivery when the time comes. The delivery drivers themselves have been outstanding and are truly skilled at what they do. It’s ashamed that Pods can’t get their act together with orders and processing. Proceed with caution and plan to include some buffer days for pickup and deliveries. Good luck.

Difficult PODS. Ranch to deal with. The driver had to come back 2 times to deliver to our old house and PODS was pretty not nice about the fact that their driver delivered to the wrong house the first time. Then turned the POD the wrong way the second time , put the POD half on the curb and half in the street. PODS was patronizing to my wife when she called about fixing this. Then on the day of moving the pod the driver talded to my wife as he was picking up the pod at the old house. My wife said she was moving the last neighbor on the street and would be good since it would take him 15 to 20 minutes in traffic to get to the new house. The POD driver instead decided to not do the delivery stating he couldn’t risk the extra 10 minutes. We were put on hold all morning only for PODS to reschedule. Now we have to go pull new permits with Baltimore all over again. It’s Been a struggle with them throughout the whole process.
