We had such a wonderful experience with this company. After another fireplace company essentially screwed us over, we reached out to them to replace our fireplace unit after we had a house fire. They were extremely nice and accommodating throughout the entire process and even continued to come out to our house after we called with a question. If you are looking for a fireplace for your home we would highly recommend!

They seamlessly guided us through the process of selecting the gas insert that is perfect for us. The insert arrived quickly and they easily worked around our schedule for the delivery and installation. The installers were equally as courteous and professional. Throughout the installation they were informative and thorough and worked efficiently and quickly. We highly recommend Wood Stoves and Fireplaces without hesitation.

Our experience was very good. The showroom was nice, clean and professionally set up for it's size. A sales manager approached us very quickly and answered all our questions satisfactory. We noticed rebates and sales on models and accessories that didn't apply to what we were purchasing so he tossed in the Blower unit for free. The stove arrived at the store in three days. The only discouraging thing to report is that a 'basic' delivery cost 100 and is slow in coming as they are very busy.
