I see Dr. Coale, who is wonderful. In fact, all the doctors here are wonderful. Many of them have treated and operated on my family members. The reason for the one star rating is because whoever is answering the phone at this place needs some MANNERS. First of all, answering the phone with just “Can I help you” in a monotone voice is NOT PROFESSIONAL. It is RUDE. Secondly, you can’t state your reason for calling without being cut off mid sentence. If I didn’t have prior knowledge that the doctors are great, I personally would not have set foot here as a new patient because of the clerical staff. They are RUDE. I was once a secretary in a medical office and I was NOT allowed to speak to people that way. Reevaluate your front desk staff. It’s embarrassing. It makes you look bad.

Saw Dr Banks, two days ago, for a muscle tear in my calf. By far the RUDEST physician I've ever had the misfortune to see. I understand, though, that he is an excellent surgeon.

Unfortunately this doctor's office refuses to wear masks - none of their staff or doctors. They advised me of this over the phone and stated that the Health Department does not require them to. When I spoke with the Health Department, they advised that they would never tell a doctor's office that unless they provided the health department with medical excuses for all their employees stating that none of them can safely wear a mask. He said that unfortunately some offices will have their own doctors write medical excuses for all their staff so that they can get away with not wearing masks. So sad that they have such little concern for their patients during this covid pandemic.

Completely incredible people. The staff was so friendly, Dr Lembach did an incredible job on my Achilles. Watch out for Rick, he loves to bust chops. Highly recommended!
