This tech and company are very professional and very good at what they do. My boiler stopped working due to propane running out. I was able to call them and setup and appointment for the same day. The tech was on there ahead of schedule. He was wearing his mask and wore shoe covers as not to dirty the floor. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did. He was able to answer all my questions with any issues. He got the heating running again. I will be calling them again in the future for any heating or plumming needs I may have.

Paul Witkowski, the technician that serviced us was friendly, courteous, professional, punctual and thorough. He was great at explaining what services he was performing and giving out recommendations. It’s always a pleasure to deal with the Astar Heating & A/C staff. We have yet to have an unsatisfactory experience with any of their technicians. They take care of our home and always provide us with quality service all around.
