I locked myself out of my house being careless soon before I was expecting guests. Called Dash Lock & Key from a neighbor’s house. Melissa came within 15 minutes and did her magic. At first her attempt to open my door wasn’t working. Nervous Nelly aka “me” suggested that she pop out my lock. Melissa advised that she prefers to open doors without causing damage whenever possible. Tried just a minute or so more and, bingo...my door opened. No damage and I didn’t have to buy a new lock! From start to finish, I was in my house in under a half hour. Quick, efficient and not at all costly! Thank you, Melissa for keeping me calm and making the process so very painless!
