Since they have taken over the rates have been raised twice, forced to get insurance and no other option to pay except on the first. Disabled, fixed income. Just FYI for them, not everyone receives their SS/Disability on the first of the month. Only good thing is nice people

I had used this storage place with the previous owner and was extremely satisfied. However, Since Midgard took the price has went up twice in a 3 month period. Insurance cost added and you had no choice on paying it. That should have been a cost that was figured into the cost to start with. The prices are extremely high already. Then I go in to pay and am advised they bo longer accept cash. That was just enough to make me look for another storage facility. If you are like me and am cost conscious this is definitely not the place for you.
Excellent facility. Well-secured exterior and units. The facility is very well lit at night time and the security gates are an added safety feature. We had two units here, which were both nice and spacious. Management also routinely sprays for pests. The cost was reasonable, too. I would recommend them highly.
This is the best storage facility in the area. Climate controlled and non-climate controlled units in many different sizes. Ben was excellent and helpful. He made the process so smooth, set up auto pay options so my payment is never late, and personally showed me the unit, the door lock system and how to use the keypads. The grounds are well lit and secure, large aisles between buildings and lots of security cameras. I always feel safe, day or night. I recommend this storage facility to everyone!!
I called Midgard in eastanollee today to ask a few questions the lady that answered the phone was so much help and most of all her customer service skills are amazing my day was not going so well she made me smile just by being so kind and helpful I want to thank Kirsten for making me smile sharon
Great office folks and if you need a good unit or a u-haul this is the place to go!!

Excellent service and top notch security gave me a tour and even swept out my new storage unit for me caysethe previous client forgot to. So glad I chose them for my self storage needs.
