Very poorly run office. Billing was not communicated at all so when we expected to pay 50 coming in suddenly our bill was 300 not to mention the battery of tests costing over 500 that they ran without explaining to us. This wasn't abnormal as after our ultrasound I had to Google ultrasounds to attempt to read it to be sure our first child looked healthy as nothing was explained again and we weren't given a chance to hear our child's heartbeat. Attention to patient care was extremely disappointing especially since we were sure to let them know this is out first baby. We are very happy we switched practices.

Dr. Espinosa is amazing. Yesterday was my first time seeing him and he made me very comfortable. His nurse was very sweet as well.

The office staff is terrible. Well some. Others are very bitchy and smart mouthed. Dr. Mead is a great OB but the nasty people that he has working for him is what makes the office bad. Love the staff at Mechanicsville... The staff at Midlo... Would never recommend.

Worst company ever can't even quote you a price on a simple pregnancy text told me I wasn't pregnant then call me like 10 minutes later to tell me that I am but I am having a miscarriage the doctors there only care about getting money not their patients
