I can’t rave enough about this midwifery group! Each midwife that we dealt with throughout the pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum appointments were fabulous to deal with. You are not just a number in this office; you establish a relationship with your midwife, and they truly care about you and your family! Every random question I had was answered with a smile, and we felt extremely happy with the level of care we were met with throughout my labor and delivery. We had a chance to meet almost every midwife affiliated with the practice so that we could rest assured that we would have a familiar face during delivery, which was a major plus (Catherine was our personal favorite, she’s the best of the best! She ended up being the one to deliver our son, too). We went to one of their “Meet the Midwives” events, and they gave a very nice presentation, from which our favorite takeaway was when Catherine explained the definition of “‘midwife” - it means “with woman” - and explained how that’s basically their motto. They want to be WITH you when you’re trying to get pregnant, through your pregnancy, after your pregnancy, through every decision, etc. I felt very supported with every single choice I made during my pregnancy, labor, and delivery, and I knew that myself and my baby were in the best hands. My experience with this birth was so much smoother and enjoyable in comparison to my firstborn’s birth (I switched to Bay Creek for my second pregnancy). I recommend this practice to all of my female friends and family members! Go here, you won’t be disappointed!

The staff I encountered at Bay Creek Midwifery during my pregnancy were compassionate and kind. I was treated with dignity and respect and felt very much cared for at each and every visit. Catherine Burke embodies everything that you would want in a midwife; she is extremely knowledgeable and professional and does all that she can to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident as you approach delivery. She was very supportive and understanding of my desire to have as little intervention as possible and worked with me every step of the way to achieve that goal. She went above and beyond!! I cannot recommend her enough.

This is the best team! I highly recommend the talented midwives of Bay Creek Midwifery Group. Throughout my pregnancy, each midwife spent a lot of time with me, answering all of my questions thoroughly and happily. Their recommendations and decisions were spot on for me. Their knowledge and expertise made me feel relaxed. They all always have smiles on their faces and treat you like a person who matters - a friend - and that’s so comforting. Catherine delivered my daughter and Bethany my son. I couldn’t have asked for more wonderful and capable people to share in those special moments with my husband and me. This team helped make pregnancy and birth an awesome experience.
