Dr. Carniol was wonderful. He is intelligent, thoughtful and professional. The front desk is friendly, efficient and follows through with finding out any information I needed with a phone call back to me.

The first impression of this place was awful. The front desk checked me in and sat me down 10 minutes before my appointment. 15 minutes later I still wasn't seen. To add salt to the wound they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience of me leaving work wasting my lunch hour for nothing. Was never seen I had to leave. At least have the courtesy to call patients when you are behind schedule. Unfortunately I won't be back.
Dr. Carniol recently removed our daughter’s tonsils. As a teen, he explained recovery would be on the tough side but he would be there for her as she healed. He spent time discussing the aspects of surgery and what to expect, like he had known her for years...he had no idea how that comforted an anxious mom like me! The surgery went well, she had an unexpected set-back that required the OR, but even that was coordinated by Dr. Carniol with a bedside manner like no other. He is truly wonderful! Courtney quickly diagnosed the ear problem I had been afflicted with for years. She provided a solution that has made a real difference in my life.
