My husband and I are over the road truck drivers. We ordered through Door Dash for delivery. When we received our order it was not correct. The owner, JC, went above and beyond! He not only corrected the error, but personally delivered the correct menu item!! The food is delicious! (Philly cheese steak, onion rings, chicken tenders and clam strips) We will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you for wonderful customer service! Ron & Adrianne, GP Transco trucking

I'm a big fan of a good grinder and must say I'll be coming back to Nardelli's for more. Fresh bread and a generous amount of meat are the top 2 criteria I have. Today I ordered one-half Italian combo and when I inquired about extra meat the manager discouraged me saying that they put plenty on the standard sandwich. He was right. There was more meat on the half sized grinder than I'm used to getting on full sized grinders at other shops. It looks like they have an excellent selection of salads and deli items as well.
Not wanting to eat indoors, we started getting orders from Nardelli's. I have my favorites. Friendly atmosphere.
Apparently No One has ever ordered an Eggplant and Meatball Parm Sandwich from them until today. I dub it: The Meat-Plant Parm and it was SUPERB! Musts? Gran yourself the Cheesecake Waffle Cone and a Nardelli's Birch Beer (I need a case of these bad boys next time!) As advertised: BEST GRINDER IN CT. On my Faves List easily. Connecticut keeps surprising this jaded ex-New Yorker! Love It! And the staff is awesome too. Always the best bonus to a great food establishment. So, go get some folks!️️️
This place brought me an experience that was amazing. Just looking at it from outside you wouldn't think it would be like that. The moment you walk in the door the whole atmosphere changes! It was a sunny day at the end of mt shift. When my boss asked if I ever been here. Now he did say its a sandwich place. I was thinking of a subway or something similar to it. When I walked in my whole mood was uplifted. It smelled as if you were in Italy with the smell of fresh olives and tomato sauce. Instantly changed my thought of it being close to a subway!! The place inside is beautiful however; even more beautiful was the food how appealing it is! The way its prepped says A LOT! They handled this food with love and pride. All of the food was so appealing I had an extremely hard time trying to pick what I wanted! I settled for the whole Buffalo Chicken. The food was AMAZING, fresh, and delightful! This restaurant is a place to visit with family, loved ones, children, or enough tables and chairs for a small party! Anyone who visits this place will not regret it!
