A first class organization and none better to take care of your largest investment! I had the good fortune of having Jim Rake and the Military Prime Property Management team manage and sell my property and on both fronts I was extremely satisfied. Jim conducted regular inspections of the home and expediently remedied any problems for both mine and the tenant's peace of mind. Jim's market analysis expertise priced the house to sell and sell quickly when the time was right. The house moved in about 60 days after being placed on the market! Military Prime Property worked tirelessly and efficiently to take care of us, take care of our tenant and look after our investment. I would highly recommend anyone, especially military, begin the process of renting and/or selling your home with Jim Rake and team first, you'll most certainly be glad you did.

Horrible. Jim Rake is unbelievably condescending, unprofessional, and a poor example of a retired military officer. Do NOT rent from him. It will be a nightmare. The way he treats his clients is almost laughable; he will stick to email as he is too much of a coward to talk over the phone. Look at his reviews, they are all years old and from clients that he managed properties for. As a renter, he will not have your interests in mind.
