Was expecting a not so good experience, but it turned out to be really great. Was in the office about 3:45 and left around 4:34. There were several people ahead of us, we took a number then waited. Had to take passport photos, submit an application and pay. The representative that helped us was really great. He explained what was needed, went over our applications to make sure they were correct and gave us approximate timelines of when we can expect our passports. We were prepared ahead of time with applications filled out, all required documents readily available and payment method ready to go. As long as you are prepared ahead of time and you get there before 3:30/3:45, you should be able to get through. If they are very busy around 4pm, they will take away the ticket number machine. Also, if you are trying to submit for multiple family members, it will take longer. Each family is processed together by the same representative.

Inside the millcreek city hall is the passport office. It's a busy crowded place but worth getting your travel documents. Warning. You'll want to have your checkbook with you or buy money orders from the post office.
Love this place. Very friendly and helpful stuff, who can also take care of the photos right away. Quiet place, big free parking lot. If you forgot you checks - RiteAid nearby to help you with the money order. Some toys for kids so they don't bother you during bureaucracy procedures.
This passport office is great. We went in early on a weekday morning to get new passports for our girls. As directed you should have all paperwork completed prior to arriving to expedite the process. The person helping us was really nice and courteous. We were in and out of there within half an hour.
If I could give her 10 Star I would (Lota Leo) she was super helpful and excellent customer service and she answered all my questions when I was there and before that I call and I talk to her by the phone she give me all the answer I need she took her time to explain to me She is the Best She is nice personality thank you so much and I hope you have a very wonderful life
