First time visiting The Merritt book store and I loved it. They had some really unique products and I was overwhelmed by their book selection. Tons of paperbacks and new releases. Tons of social justice/ pop culture gifts too. They do have a parking lot which is amazing. One of the largest independent bookstores I’ve been to. Definitely recommend.

I want to thank all of the patient an kind emplotees of this great book store. I also want to say goodbye and wish them well. They are 42 miles from where I live. There is a bookstore 1 mile from where I live so it is not only impractical its selfish of me to travel that far. Happy holidays to Kira Kate and staff. Its been a joy doing business with you!

This place is amazing. They have a wonderful selection of books for children and adults alike, and their toy section is out of this world! The store is super unique and kid friendly! It's A PERFECT place to go shopping for gifts. They even have an awesome & funky selection of greeting cards, and I never EVER buy greeting cards but one made me laugh out loud in the store so I had to get it for my husband. They fly a LGBTQ flag out front, which makes my heart soar. Cannot say enough positive things about this place. They also seem to have a bunch of cool programs going on. We just moved to the area but I've already been there several times. Love!!!

Excellent bookstore. They have a nice selection of books that vary from topic to topic. They will also order anything you want. Toys are high quality, well made and built to last. Prices are decent. Gotta support small business. I will.be shopping here again.
