Multiple bad experiences. Me and a buddy took 3 feral hogs in, already quartered. We asked for hams, roasts and sausage with minimal ground. We should have had 6 hams but got zero hams and very few roasts, a third as much sausage as ground and received about half the weight we took in after we had already removed the majority of the bones in the animal! They carefully wrote down our instructions and then cut it the way they wanted to. As a final insult, they quoted us one price then charged us over 100 more. I’ve been hunting for 40 years and this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I’m back to doing my own meat after this.

Butchered the majority of my own bison, but I don't have a grinder so I turned to Miller's for the burger. Dropped off approx. 50 pounds of trimmings, and a few days later had it back. Ground, packaged in nice 1lb portions, and frozen. Ready to go! Fair price for a good job! On a side note, I dealt with a young man named Chase (phone, and in person when I dropped and picked-up my mean). Solid friendly service from him!

First Coues buck! Millers was very helpful, provided me with a handful of knowledge and what was best for the meat I brought in. Highly recommended to me and I highly recommend them to anyone else. They were friendly and the services was prompt. Thanks again for a successful 2019!
