I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Fence and Deck Connection! To start my salesman arrived on time at my home. Chris provided answers to all of my questions. The PM that came out to mark over 700ft of fence was extremely professional and informative as well. Chris was quite patient with my several revisions and worked extremely hard to ensure we were happy with the installation. The entire team and crew worked to install our beautiful fence on time, in snow and ice! Talk about commitment! I highly recommend Fence and Deck Connection, you will not regret choosing them! My Salesman was excellent and had warned me my deck could take a few months before construction began. Once I was on the schedule the Office Manager was in constant contact with me to advise when materials would be delivered, when construction would begin and approximately when job would be completed. Everything went silky smooth and I love, love, love my deck! I HIGHLY recommend them!
The entire team was absolutely awesome. Starting with Chris, AJ, Hilary, Shane, to the sales manager Jeff. They not only delivered on their promise, but they far exceeded my expectations. The crew that performed the work of my over 800 square foot deck were absolutely the best I have ever seen. They knew exactly what they were doing and completed my project within 5 days. The look of the deck is a work of beauty. They discounted the cost way below all of the competitors, and they delivered on the best results. The most exciting part about the entire process is they cleaned up their mess when the job was completed. They power washed the deck, cleaned the grounds and removed chunks of clay from my lawn. So far 2 of my neighbors are now reaching out to get them to do some work as well here in Glenn Dale MD. This company gets my highest recommendation ever. I will be sharing with my entire staff and all of my personal and professional social networks as well. We need to ensure companies like this one continue to thrive. We just had our fence installed yesterday and OH MY GOODNESS they did such a great job. We have a very uneven yard and the top of the fence is straight. They even took an existing part of fence that we had, fixed it and incorporated it into the new and it looks fantastic. Overjoyed to have such a beautiful fence. Got compliments from neighbors as it was going up! Everyone I had contact with at the company was SUPER friendly. Great company!
I can't say enough about our experience with Fence and Deck Connection. They just completed a BEAUTIFUL 500 sq ft deck at our new home and we were in awe every step of the way. Everyone in the planning stages were extremely helpful and well informed and the installation crew worked like crazy to get it done as quickly as possible without sacrificing the end product. Everyone was so respectful and professional. Also, we shopped AROUND for quotes and prices, FDC were by far the most reasonable. Thank you a thousand times over!
