First time buying hemp flower as I normally prefer THC in my cannabis. Employee wasn’t too well informed about the strains they carry, had no knowledge beyond telling me their names, their potencies and whether they were indica/sativa/hybrid, all of which is clearly posted on signs in front of the products. Had no knowledge as to which was better for stress or anxiety, or chronic pain, just no info beyond what I could see with my own eyes. Then she told me all the prices were the same, which showed on a screen 14.99 for 3.5g. I bought two different strains, 3.5 of each, one hybrid, one indica. She rang me up and I wasn’t really thinking about the total she gave me, and just paid so I could get home and smoke. Went back and looked at my receipt and she charged me 24.99 for the indica. Now, I paid 40 for a quarter of hemp flower, which isn’t a bad price, but if you’re going to call yourself a dispensary, not only should your staff have knowledge of what they’re selling, they should also know the pricing. And she just checked me out and didn’t even tell me the indica was more expensive, after she had literally JUST told me they were all the same price and the price posted was 14.99. This constitutes fraud. I’m not gonna throw a fit over 10, but I want other potential customers to be aware of their tactics so you don’t get ripped off. Edit: I almost forgot, I’ve found quite a few seeds which would have been nice to have been warned about as they taste bad, are harsh, and can actually explode and cause physical damage when heated.
First time customer. Staff was knowledgeable on what to use to treat my myriad of ailments. Hoping the products work. Was happy to see sample sizes of most items so i can see what works best.
