The process was smooth. We were in a couple of times trying to decide what we wanted. Pricing was easy to understand. We made a choice and worked with Erick on picking out a slab. The installation was trouble free and done quick. Everything turned out beautifully and we are very happy. I do want to add that the store isnt fancy but that is obviously what helps keep the prices low. They get the same products from the same places as many other granite suppliers but less markup. The only difference comes down to installers. These guys did a great job and the seam I have is barely noticeable. This is as good as it get! I highly recommend.

This place is so unprofessional. Seemed legitimate at first, I was wrong. Received estimate, was told they needed to come to my home and measure. They did, 1 week later they came to do the installation. Was told 1:00-3:00 was the range installers would arrive. I had to call at 3:30 since no one arrived, was told they would be there shortly. They arrived at 4:20...I had to be somewhere at 6:00, since they were late I had to leave installers in my home(very uncomfortable feeling). Installers wanted payment, I paid them(job was not complete at time). When I saw install, it looked good. Only issue is my desk top which I was installing was not there. I had to wait a few days for a response and was told they would get me the top. This took more than a week. I received the top, there was a chip in it and it was seemed in the middle. Keep in mind this is a desk top.... Spent a lot of time going back and forth with Erick. I asked why would you not tell a customer this would be seemed? He told me he assumed I wouldn't want it to be one piece because it would cost more. The communication was extremely poor. I received many excuses and was told that not much money was made on this job. Not my problem, last time I checked I didn't provide the estimate. I was however the one who paid the bill to a professional, expecting the best. I wasted a lot of time and came to realize Erick is not going to make this right. He did offer for me to look at other colors to get a close match for a solid piece, but that is not what we want. Too late now.. Save the time and a headache, go somewhere else.
Erick makes process easy with choosing and planning. Very reasonable prices. Measurements and installation were done quickly and professionally after placing order. Very satisfied with beautiful new countertops!!
We had a great experience with granite factory. The estimates were always timely and very organized. You knew exactly what you were being charged for and any extras you wanted added on like special finishes or edgings. We were also able to drive to Illinois and pick out the exact slabs we wanted. We did our kitchen with a double island in a leathered finish and our master bath, spare bath and laundry room in the typical gloss finish.
My son and I have restored two old homes in the last 18 months. We had Granite Factory install our kitchen counters in both of our houses. Both times our jobs were completed within 2 1/2 weeks from the day we selected our granite! The employees that came to measure the counters were extremely detail oriented and did an amazing job. The installers also were extremely detailed oriented. They are high quality counters at an excellent price. I highly recommend Granite Factory and will be using them on our next house flip.
