One of the better museums in Milwaukee and it's absolutely free. Put this on your must see list.
The Haggerty Art Museum is great. It's a small museum, but it is free to all. I enjoyed my visit. They change art exhibits every few months.
Disappointed that I made the trip over. It was free, which is lovely, but didn't have much of a collection. Had an emphasis on modern art, but even this felt like a stretch (the main space was dedicated to a paper boat which looked like it belonged more so on the set of an elementary school play). The two exceptions were a rather interesting piece by Dali, \Madonna at Port Lligat\ and a Warhol print.
