Moist inside, crispy outside with an enormous slice of cornbread and heap of mac & cheese. We had an early dinner and it was quiet, but I've heard it fills up fast on the weekends. I recommend the My Soul Brew kombucha which is locally made and a great compliment to the food. I recommend the Tandem to anyone but come with an appetite!

Perhaps the juiciest, most flavorful ribs I have ever tasted. I enjoyed the Fried Green Tomatoes that were well seasoned and came with a dip and then had the spare ribs with the standard sides of baked beans and coleslaw. The waitress was friendly and the place was clean.
I adore this place. We went earlier in the year and I am planning on stopping in again soon. I started with the carrot and cilantro soup. The three that I went with enjoyed the cocktails. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. The service is great. A friend and I split the whole chicken (Georgia fried / spicy Memphis) chef chooses the sides – it came with greens, potato salad and coleslaw. We got a side of mac n cheese to try. Everything was great. The others at the table got a veggie burger and one of the salads. I would definitely recommend. I’m excited to go back now that its warm.
We had dinner and cocktails. My husband had the Memphis fried chicken as did our friends, and they loved it! I had carrot soup, which was okay, mac and cheese that was fabulous, and hush puppies which were very disappointing. The cornbread which came with maple butter was awesome. Service was good, and the apple crumb dessert was out of this world! The building is cool with a great bar.
My oh my! That is some good chicken! If you go, and you should, don't skimp...order the fried chicken! It's done three different ways. We had the Memphis Hot and the Georgia Gold and they were both amazing! Hot, delicious, briny in a good way. Every bite made my mouth water for more! Mac and Cheese creamy and smooth and some very flavorful bitter greens! If you like chicken, and who doesn't, right?! Go, go, go to Tandem!
