I recently purchased some acrylic outdoor business card holders, some risers to use to display my sons trophies and a colored mirror acrylic license plate. Customer services was fantastic and everyone I spoke with went above and beyond to help me with the right sizes for the risers. Shipping was also fast and free!
I purchased a 5 sided clear cube from Marketing Holders. I wanted to put some LED Christmas lights inside to make a cool looking lamp. The cube arrived very fast and the quality of the cube is excellent. The construction of the cube is very sturdy. The light turned out awesome. This is a great company to buy acrylic holders & displays from. Muchhhhh better merchandise and pricing than any office depot or staples. Local pick-up discounts and wholesale pricing. The customer service team is extremely friendly and will help find you whatever fits you, or your company and possibly more. They also have a HUGE selection of delicious hot sauces!
Do yourself a favor and find another company to order from! Rude customer service! Ordered item 'Magnetic Outdoor Brochure Holder 8.5" W x 5.5" H' and shipped it to my PO BOX. I've ordered many items before that were not able to be shipped to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, etc. This one was allowed. When it did not arrive, I researched it and found it had been returned to sender without so much as an email to me. Then they refunded me with a 20% restocking fee. When I contacted them asking for full refund AND letting them know I was going to reorder it, they not only REFUSED they argued with me that their 'restocking fee' was plainly stated and that it was not their problem that AMAZON let's it ship to a PO BOX. That their wasn't a 'magic switch' for them to flip. How about you work on your customer service, take some personal responsibility and put that in your description then? I'm sure I'm not the first person who has had this problem with your company.
