My family is from Florida and the Transmission went out in our Chevrolet while on vacation. I had to have our vehicle towed and was very vulnerable to be taken advantage of. It was New Year’s Eve and everyone was closed for the New Years holiday and I needed a vehicle to return home the next day. Tim first started by trying to get our car repaired. Then we decided a new vehicle was in our best interest. We were treated with kindness. Not something you see at car dealerships anymore. I will definitely call Tim and give him an opportunity on our next vehicle.

Had a great experience at North Ga. Ford with Tim Ford. I bought a new 2016 Ford F-250 a few years ago and it’s been a great truck. The service department have always been great getting it in and out for service. We also had Tim get my wife a new 2020 Lincoln Navigator and love it. We plan on coming back for more in the future.

As most know, I’m not one for sharing or posting anything on Google. However, this one takes the cake. Read in the below letter from Tim Ford of North GA Ford about my employment there. I was employed with the company from June to December as I could no longer take being stolen from by Tim. My payplan never matched the agreed upon amount, and monies seemed to disappear from deals if he felt either management (me) or sales people were paid more than he felt fit. The attached letter is the slap in the face I received from Tim after he finally paid part of what I was owed. Keep in mind, I do appreciate him and staff allowing my 3 and 1/2 days off due to my fathers death.
