Once again my sons dexcom supplies still have yet to be delivered on time or ever at all. No answer on phone calls or call backs after leaving numerous messages left. Such terrible service. This will definitely be the last time we use them!!

I ordered my Free Style Libre 8 days ago and I have yet to receive any. Now I'm out of patches. Don't understand what has happened to your service, since I always receive efficient service. So sad you are letting your customers down.

My father uses Mini Pharmacy through his medicare provider and doesn't have the option and flexibility to switch to get his diabetes materials. There are always issues with the ordering process and they constantly change how my father needs to confirm/order his lancets/needles. For someone like my dad who doesn't know how to use technology or read English it is incredibly difficult for him since the process changes constantly and he has to do something different every time to confirm the shipping of his materials. This previous time, they required my dad to call in to confirm his order but the call process took over an hour long---it was only after four calls and three unsuccessful attempts and being hung up that we finally got through to a representative. Reps have told me that he can call and get interpretation but the problem is that the pharmacy never answers the calls---immediately sends it to voice mail or would hang up upon waiting about 10 minutes. Extremely low standards for service and regards for customer satisfaction. From a business organizational stand point, extremely disorganized in how they set their policies.

I have had nothing but trouble getting refills on my prescriptions. This Pharmscy should be out of business and I am trying to see if I can change Pharmscy.

THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY IN THE WORLD, WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO GO TO THIS PHARMACY BECAUSE OF INSURANCE IF WE HAVE ANOTHER CHOICE WE WOULD CHANGE: MY SON HAS BEEN GOING TO THEM NOW FOR 8 YEARS AND I WOULD SAY GET HIS ORDER RIGHT ABOUT ONCE YEAR. THEY JUST SENT ANOTHER WRONG ORDER, JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE PHARMACIST BECAUSE THEY DID NOT SEND THE RIGHT OMNI PODS: THEY PHARMACIST SAID YES WE DID IT WRONG BUT WE WILL SEND THE RIGHT ONE NEXT MONTH. THIS IS LIFE AND DEATH MEDICATION AND SUPPLIES THEY ARE DEALING WITH AND THEY ARE LIKE OH WELL MAYBE WE WILL GET IT RIGHT NOW MONTH. DO NOT GO HERE: THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS ZERO STAR OR NEGATIVE 500 WOULD WORK BTTER;
