These guys take care of their customers. I bought a car from them and I was having problems (which you can expect with any vehicle that is sold "as is.") I wasted almost 900 at a shop to get one thing fixed, but they charged me over 300 in diagnostic fees and actually made things worse. I took it back to Amundson and they figured out what was wrong and fixed it for next to nothing. They even offered me a loaner car when I dropped it off. I will be buying my next car from here.

Have been waiting on the title of my car after I had paid it off ahead of schedule back in September 2015....I've called so many times I've lost count. I always get the same results: cant find it and then someone asks for my name and number and they will find out and return my call. IT NEVER HAPPENS. The worst part is that when you call them they dont answer or act like they have no idea how to help you. Everyone seems clueless about the operations there. Theres a huge organizational issue as well as a lack of quality customer service. Unfortunately I still have no title and I need to sell the damn hunk of junk they sold me.... smh...you live and learn right?
