Great service! Paul was friendly, helpful and even came early to fix our coffee brewer before we opened. Espresso Services is the best!

My business has subcontracted space here for over a decade and received hundreds of large freight deliveries with ease. Most of our products are strapped to pallets and some are supersized. Any sized truck can easily drive in and drop off in this convenient city location. The loading dock area is wide and clear with a ramp making deliveries simple and swift. As you can see it's the middle of winter and the loading area is completely clean and clear. The ESI owner is awesome and the driveways are kept in tip top shape. The loading dock staff is amazing - we couldn't do our business well without this great location and staff!

If there were 6 stars we would give it to them. Our new coffee bar was set to open...our beautiful La Marzocco have a pretty serious hiccup, could have delayed our opening for weeks...but ESI and their staff rushed the fix and had it repaired and installed the next day...Did I say, the next day?? Literally! Knowledgable staff. Helpful. Caring. Focused. Keen. And super dedicated. Use them.

Very nice people in the receiving dept. OTR TRUCK DRIVERS with 53FT trailers and sleeper cabs, AVOID making deliveries here. The dock is NOT suited for longer trucks. Per receiver, OTR Drivers spend as much as 2 hours trying to back into the dock, because of its angle and having to jack-knife blindsided into it, while trying to avoid trailer parked in the adjacent dock on the right and curb and a light post on the left. DO not open your trailer doors until you are completely lined up with the dock, or it will result in damage to your trailer. Receiver said many OTR Drivers damage their trailer doors and the trailer parked in the dock. I had to leave, after damaging my trailer door, and drop off the load at a place that will redeliver it. They told me they will use straight trucks to go in there, as they are aware of the place NOT being suited for longer truck combinations.
