We remodeled our house and installed shades on every window. Nathan from Gotcha Covered came to our house, masked and aware of distances, and helped us determine the right solution matching our vision, and was very knowledgeable about fabrics and features. We got three bids for the shades once we knew exactly what we wanted and Nathan offered us the best price. It took about 5 weeks to get the shades installed once we ordered them. They were professionally installed and look beautiful. We chose to put automation on 5 of the shades and Nathan showed us how to program them. Now that we have them up, our only regret is we didn't put automation on more windows because it is such a great feature. It is definitely more expensive to get the automation but I highly recommend getting as many windows with automation that you can afford. I am happy to recommend Gotcha Covered of West Minneapolis (and South Minneapolis!)

Knowing we didn't want to go to a big box home improvement store to get our blinds (we wanted it done right the first time and knew we'd have these for years!) I started researching our options. After impeccable reviews, we chose Gotcha Covered of West Minneapolis. We were overwhelmed at the options but Nathan talked us through what our needs were, looked at our interior/decor/style and helped us look at a variety of options. He was so patient with us, provided excellent consultation and great communication throughout the process. We are just thrilled with our new window treatments!!
I could not be happier with Nathan, the blinds, and the installation!! Nathan graciously ordered samples for me to help select the colors. His advise was ight on\. He worked with my schedule for installation. I'd give Gotch Covered six stars if I could.
