It was great working with Rick! We highly recommend him especially if you want a distinctive design that really represents your personality. My fiancée and I wanted to expand my one bedroom home/cottage on a suburban TC metro lake before our marriage. We each had some vague ideas of what we were looking to do but didn’t know how to integrate them into a single vision of “our” home. There were also some severe physical challenges and spatial limitations with the property. This was not your normal flat land tract home! Rick was the perfect man for the challenge! First he visited the existing house and asked some very revealing questions that helped us crystallize our vision. He then walked us quickly through a process that resulted in a design and complete build plans that we used to build our dream home. After nearly 10 years of marriage and living in the house, we are still proud to show new visitors through the house and point out all of the special design features that Rick worked into our plans. We love getting compliments on our unique house by the lake.
