My experience was great from the start. They were flexible with appointment time. Brian came and walked us through everything and all our options. Never felt like I was being pushed into anything. The two guys who came to install everything were friendly, efficient, and clean. They put up plastic everywhere and did a great job of clean up after. Took time to show me my sump pump functionality and explained the steps of all they did. It’s winter so I haven’t actually used the pump yet but I have total confidence in all set for the Spring. I highly recommend them and their product.

What a great company cares about the client, shows up when says they will be there. did the job cleaned up after them self's. very friendly. a big plus with the covid they allowed us to make weekly payments without any hassle would have them do more work if ever need them too. drove almost 3 hours from there shop to are little town down by blue earth MN. will attracted photos when get a chance they installed 5 wall anchors. I had them do the wall anchors and I been doing the rest but would of had them do the sump pump system but I had it already started. But after there job I was able to patch the walls prime and seal and just got done hanging the wall membrane

Brian provided a fair and transparent quote for the service and we also really liked their technology. The job took four days and Josh was great to work with. He kept us updated and made sure we were all on board with some of the originally unforeseen decisions/changes. We are very happy with the final product and look forward to finishing our basement!

We highly recommend SafeBasements. It was a positive experience from estimate through completion: we had drain tiling and sump pump install, and are confident that our basement is as protected as possible from future moisture intrusion. Estimator took time for interior and exterior walk-through, demonstrated expertise, promptly responded to several follow-up questions before we hired them, and coordinated with our mold remediation specialist. During the project, the drain tile specialist was professional and communicative before, during, and after the work was complete, taking time to explain the sump pump system, answer questions, and providing helpful instructions for the next steps in re-framing. They completed the project on time and on budget. He and his teammate were respectful of our request to wear masks, and left our house clean and neat.

Great company. Jon came out and gave us a quote fast, he was polite and responsive to emails. The foreman Ben and his team were very informative as to everything they were doing. They completed things quickly and everything looks/works great. Overall the cost was affordable and the customer service was great.
