I highly recommend Security One. Our apartment was recently broken into. We called security one, explained the situation and they sent someone out right away. They are actually cheaper than the more well known security companies. The installer was very professional, quick, and efficient. Its great known that our home is now safe and secure!

These guys are great. My husband and I bought this alarm system on our new house. We wanted protection with our little bundle of joy on the way, and we couldn't be happier. The guys came out and installed it right away. It lets us know when anything enters our house, and we feel very safe and secure. The men who installed it taught us everything we need to know, and were very helpful. They answered all of our questions and were very nice.

I'm pretty sure the 5 star reviews on here are from the company not real customers. Our experience has been horrific and that is scary to think as we have a three year contract on our safety with them! First the tech that came out to set up came in an Uber and didn't have all the right equipment so we had to wait for his girlfriend to bring it from home. He was sitting at our home for 3 hours waiting and once the set up was done didn't have time to show us how to use it. When I called to have someone else come and show us how it worked I was informed they had no one and I would have to learn over the phone when someone was back from lunch! Now we have a problem with one of the door sensors, it won't stop going off! All day and all night! Annoying and soooo unsafe. They told us someone would be out today between 8 and 10 am well it's 140 pm and no one showed!! Please find a different company! This is 3 years of your safety.
