I've had these guys come out to do regular maintenance on my system. They are always on time, professional, and friendly. I'm glad to have found an HVAC contractor that is dependable for once.

After having several \safety\ companies help us with OSHA compliance issues, we were lucky enough to be put in touch with Yale Mechanical, they provided us with very detailed machine safety survey's that showed us what we really needed to do to our equipment to be compliant, the guarding, and new safety electrical controls worked exactly as they said it would, the first time, we couldn't be more satisfied, in fact they helped us correct issues that we had from an installation that was performed by another \safety\ company, they didn't try to sell us \trinkets\ we got the real deal. If you need custom guards fabricated and installed with new compliant safety controls, I would highly recommend that you contact Yale Mechanical, we hope to work with Yale for many years to come.

My unit was red tagged on accident, and then I was billed for the inspection. I've asked for them to consider waiving the inspection fee considering the error. However they won't get back to me.

I've used Yale quite a bit over the past 3 years for various, HVAC and light plumbing issues at my business. However, in the past year- I've spent 1,200 on repairing/replacing parts on one of the toilets in my office. It first started out with inner workings- in the tank. The toilet continued to run, then they came and replaced the flapper. The toilet still ran. Then they came and said the actual toilet handle was defective. So they special ordered a handle and replaced that. At this point, I am out 1,196.00 in services- for one toilet. Lo and behold, the toilet starting running again- intermittently. I then contacted their General Manager. His suggestion- maybe we should just replace the entire toilet as mine is not ADA compliant. Wow, you'd think for 1,200.00 in parts for current toilet - they could make it right. I will never use Yale again and unless you don't mind spending a small fortune, I'd suggest you not either.
