I do not live in the Minneapolis area, but I used too. I purchased a road bike online and Todd was incredibly helpful! He made the process so easy! He asked what I needed for the bike (he literally took the time to send me pictures of the different colors of bottle cages on the bike!!) and answered all my questions! Todd was just awesome and I would definitely recommend this bike shop!!!!

My first time here and we were impressed with the size of the store. I wish we could of had a bit more help with figuring out sizing, but I had done my research ahead of time for helmets for skateboarding. I bought the wrong size and they ordered the right size for me. Friendly, helpful service is what we got. We will return again!

Minnetonka store customer service is horrible and Corp office Cameron didn’t resolve issues. Will never due business with Ericks bike shop, unless they will reach out to me and resolve my problem. (Hope they read reviews) Plenty of other bike shop that have a better service and respect their customers, first time tried bike shop with negative experience and don’t stand behind their product or make customer happy. I bought a new bike, which is over 700, came with scratches, waited for it over a week, they offered me a 10 discount or wait another week. I did not wanted to wait, so I asked what else I can get, store manager Todd offered a 24.00 water bottle holder and kick stand. When it was put on bike it was a 10 water bottle holder and stand does not hold the bike at all, told me it has to be flat surface, as store itself doesn’t Lol. Bike can’t be used with kick stand, plus it was missing rubber from kick stand. He did not willing to look or help, kept saying it’s all he got, called Corp number to resolve. Cameron, told me, that they stay to what manager says and they not willing to help, he also asked for pictures of bike scratches, also check up that was done to a bike, gears switch was not tight at all it was loose. Cameron told me bike gets shipped from manufacture to vendor to them and between stores so it would come with scratches, interesting, other product suck as cars, speakers or other product have same treatment, and comes in good condition. Be aware of the ericks bike shop, before making a purchase. They all nice, till you make a purchase.
