I'd never heard of OSI Batteries, but when I couldn't find the specialty battery needed for our alarm system, I ordered from them. I couldn't be happier with the result. OSI delivered the battery way faster than promised. The special connector was exactly right. And we have a happy alarm system once again.

I needed a specialty battery build for a piece of medical equipment. Online I couldn't find the cost of a new stack, but the USED ones were over 180. I called up OSI and they made me a custom build for much less. It works perfect! You guys are the best!
OSI's customer service, or more like; customer hindrance, is worthless. And so was the lame battery they sent me. Not the same model, but I was told; \Electrically the batteries are identical; the only difference between the two are the terminal configuration\. . . Well how does that sum up as identical?!?!! Ordered a battery and it never came. I called 2 weeks later and it hadn't shipped yet, no explanation why.
Price was fair, but I chose will call instead of shipping to my address. I was told that if I placed an order over the phone, it would be ready within the hour. I stopped by 2 hours after my order and OSI had done nothing. I was told to go around back and pick up my order there. When I got to the loading dock, my order was not ready. They got right on it, but it was not what I was expecting.
