The community is a pleasant one, but the office is deplorable in character. No one ever answers the phone, as always per the greeting, she's either on the phone or away from her desk. They readily tow away your vehicle, but trying to speak with some one regarding the issuance of a decal is hopeless. There is no one ever around for the residence. So disgraceful! They quickly add 10 to your HOA fee without establishing an ovedue date, and when you try to reach the office for any reason, there's no one ever available, or if you leave a message no one returns your call. Very unprofessional disorganized group of people.

I WISH I DIDN'T HAVE TO PUT A STAR TO LEAVE A REVIEW!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING IN THE OFFICE. THE WOMAN THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE WITH AN ACCENT DOESN'T HELP AT ALL, SHE ALWAYS REFERRING YOU TO A WEBSITE THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT YOU NEED. THE MANAGER SEEMS TO NEVER BE THERE OR IS ALWAYS BUSY. THE MANAGER IS FAIRLY NEW HOWEVER THESE PEOPLE SEEM TO NOT HAVE ANY TYPE OF GUIDANCE OR KNOWLEDGE ON HOW TO RUN A PROPERTY, AND NO TYPE OF REMORSE FOR PURCHASERS OR RENTERS. BUYERS/RENTERS BEWARE THE STAFF HERE IS HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
I am a real estate agent. While trying to get HOA approval for a tenant I was given completely wrong information about how to Apply by the lady in the office. First it was a paper application then online. She gave me the completely wrong website and shooed me out of the office. After confronting her knowing this was bad info she called her boss who told me how to actually do it, a day later. When I visited in person to see if the process was moving the same lady told me to come back at 5 when “the boss” was there. I showed up at 5 to find a freshly printed sign on the door saying they were closing at 3 the whole week. Never a call back or follow up, I’ve been calling every day. It’s been 8 days and I can’t even get an update from them. Extremely unprofessional, potential tenants/homeowners BEWARE!

I wish I can leave a negative star. DO NOT move here! It is always dirty and smelling like animal poop! There is a massive amount go stray cats and ducks always lingering around your front door and pooping everywhere! I always have to make sure I don't step in animal poop when I walk in and out of my front door. Maintenance doesn't take care of anything only landscape. They don't clean the many lakes surrounding the areas either which means mosquito infestation and trash and debris all over. VERY dirty place.
