Just left the office, routine cleaning. The hygienist, Christal, was new to me and is simply fantastic. I really cannot say enough about her, outstanding job and a lovely personality. I told her midway through I want my chart to say that I must see her exclusively for my cleanings. I have actually always had great hygienists here, but she stands out. Additionally, the front desk staff, Melinda was the first to greet me and is just exceptional. Tamara, the Ops manager, so professional yet pleasant. This is not an easy time to be pleasant for those who have to wear a mask all day, take people's temps, ensure compliance with the Covid protocols. This office is everything you could want whatever your dental needs may be. I am thankful they were recommended to me, you are at ease the moment you arrive because it is clear you are in good, trustworthy hands.

Best dental office I have ever been to. The staff are very professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Gang Li cleaned, polished, and inspected my teeth herself! They gave me tips and information as well as sample products to improve my hygiene. They were also very careful and asked me many times if I was doing ok. They did not tear up my gums or poke the heck out of me. my mouth felt great after I left, and I noticed the difference in how my teeth looked! I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone!

STAY AWAY! First I could not understand the dentist. Then she told me I needed a root canal and crown on a perfectly good tooth, as I have sought other opinions. Next they just walked out of the room when they were done with no direction for me. After about 30 minutes, I took off my own bib put it on the counter and went to the front desk. Lastly they over-quoted me by 3,000.00!!! I verified with my insurance after. RIDICULOUS! I'm not about to THROW AWAY MONEY and have BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Was able to get an appointment promptly, front office staff very efficient and professional, and the facilities easy to find and very first class! It was a painless and very affordable treatment.
