Quiet peaceful place to live or rent. Pool and hot rub are maintained properly with the pool being the place to meet people. Have lived here for a year and always feel safe and secure. Neighbors are friendly and helpful.
Nice pool with waterfall along side providing a relaxing sound. also has a hot tub which is pretty large, pool water was just right temp and clear, maintenance crew keeps it clean. Riding bike is relaxing, lots of lake views, turtles, fish, birds, trees. clean development.
I been living in this complex for five years already...I live it. The security is great, great communal areas, and my neighbors are really nice. I definitely recommend this place

Visited a friend here for a week during the summer. While parking in a guest spot, I was written several warnings and was even threatened to be towed. Guest spots are for people that don't have parking passes. Using partisan judgement on who gets to park where for how long before writing warnings is just bad business. Either let people park freely in guest spots, or require everyone to have a pass. Some sort of undefined middle is just confusing and inconvenient for both parties.
Lived here for several years. The new management company is terrible. The security at night is incompetent at best .
