We have used Alick's for a variety of reasons over the last several years for my husband. Some examples of our needs being : power wheelchair, car power wheelchair carrier, Bi-Pap machine and medical supplies. Now we are using them through Hospice to facilitate his current medical needs. There have been few bumps in the road when working with Alick's. But when there has been a bump, they have reached out and communicated with me to reach a resolution Their customer service has shown compassion and understanding when dealing with my issues.
