AMAZING! First & foremost they support our military and first responders! Secondly, if you're a first timer you'll definitely feel welcome, Ana went over the menu and got me situated. Food was amazing, Smoky Mountain sauce delicious - then as a first timer they came out with a sampler of all their sides! As much as I've driven pass this place and never stopped in, I'll be a regular now! 5 STARS

The cashier Yvette was super helpful and friendly as it was my husband's and my first time here. She was helpful with the menu and patient with us. We both got meat samplers. Both were delicious. We will definitely be back.
I ordered a brisket plate and paid extra for fries. When they called me up to get my plate there were no fries. I asked the manager about the fries and he mentioned they would bring them out to me. 15 mins after finishing my brisket I noticed the french fries I paid for never came. I walked up to the cashier and asked to see if she could provide a refund for the french fries. She said she would take care of it and would provide me a refund on my credit card. When looking at my credit card statement she never provided a refund. Upon finding this out I called Mission BBQ to speak to the manager to let him know about the misalignment of expectations and customer service I received. He apologized owned the fact that it was he who forgot to deliver the food. He stated he wanted to send me something in the mail for his mistake and the cashier's mistake of not following through. The manager forgot to send me anything in the mail. They failed to follow through 3 times. 1. with the food I paid for, 2. with refunding me, and #3 with providing credit in the mail. This is a message to the owner. Invest into your customer service experience and train your staff so they can hopefully follow through with just the basics like providing food to customers when they pay for it.
I am absolutely blown away! The service was impeccable. I was greeted by everyone, even the cookers! You can’t get any better than this. Amazing food and even better service. Definitely recommend everyone to give Mission BBQ a shot.
Excellent BBQ. There are 6 sauces to choose from. The staff were friendly and eagar to assist. The food was GREAT! I had brisket, pulled chicken, collard greens, Mac n Cheese, coleslaw, and corn bread. I also loved the atmosphere. Definitely
