While doing an online search on the dealership’s website, I entered my information and to my pleasant surprise I was quickly contacted and assigned a salesperson, Gabriel Garza, to assist us. Mr. Garza quickly got to work and found us what we needed. He (along with all the professional staff at the dealership) made the experience so seamless and memorable; we truly appreciated his proficiency and the level of care and attention he provided. The Finance department was also accommodating and everyone made sure we were more than satisfied. This truly speaks to the quality customer service they provide. It’s been awhile since we shopped at Kia and we quickly fell in love with the new models and the awesome warranty which comes standard with every vehicle. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle here.

I saw a 2016 truck on their online inventory so i called requesting information about the truck, so i spoke to a gentlemen by the name of jonathan vasquez . I wasn’t so convinced in getting the truck At that point i knew it was too much for me, I told him that i have other payments as well so he told me not to get discourage he managed to work on my monthly payment without trying to rush me, now i was convinced . It had the bench in the front that i could lift up to fit a sixth passenger that was exactly what i needed it was perfect since were a family of six. So three days later jonathan calls me to see how the truck was working ,some lights popped out, air bag check and tire sensor as well i was going to fix with money out of my pocket. Jonathan told me right away to take the truck to them they’ll take care of it. And so they did i didn’t pay for anything . I liked how when we went they treated us well offered popcorn to my little girls and bottle water they do care for their customers here there not just trying to sell and not worry about you . So for sure ill buy a brand new vehicle here once i finish paying my truck Thank you bert ogden and every employee here for being Very respectful and patience with me.

Went into KIA not knowing I was gonna leave with a beautiful 2021 KIA K5 GT line. Todd did an amazing job at showing me multiple options along with detailed characteristics of different models including test drives. Upon purchasing my car I was given an extensive and detailed explanation of every feature that the car had to bring. All in all, Bert Ogden Mission KIA provided first-class service from start to finish. Astonishing experience!
